Sample product from Carl's Cutting Board, a small charcuterie company located in Fremont, Seattle. All of Carl's product is sourced from farmers in the Pacific Northwest that practice sustainable and humane practices. Happy pigs make happy meat, which makes for happy humans. All products are handmade and Carl dry-cures whenever possible and never uses brine injection. Smoked products are made in a charcoal chimney smoker with real wood chunks, instead of electric sawdust smoking, which is the industry norm.
