2024 Applications are now available

Seattle Farmers Market Association (SFMA) gives priority to Farmers. Our mission is to create a healthy, viable mix of new and current vendors with consistent quality and variety. To apply, please follow the steps below. Application decisions are based on available space, market product needs, vendor pricing and the vendor’s performance history. Only a limited number of non-farm vendors (processors, crafters, prepared food) are approved to vend. We receive dozens of inquiries each month, but space is very limited.

  • The application fee is non-refundable.

  • We do not allow coffee (because it's not grown in WA State).

  • We do not allow resellers or houseplants.

  • We do not accept clothing vendors.

  • We consider kitchen-centric crafts only: like pottery, cutting boards, cutlery, etc.

  • We are at capacity for Microgreens.

  • We are at capacity for these vendor types: dog treats, jewelry, soap, candles, hot sauce & cider.

Read our Vendor Handbook to make sure you are an eligible Vendor. If your business is declined the application fee is non-refundable and covers the administrative cost of SFMA to review your application. Simply applying to SFMA's markets is no guarantee of approval. It can take up to 8 weeks for SFMA to review applications, all applicants will receive a response (incomplete applications will not be reviewed).

EARLY REGISTRATION: November - December: $48

REGULAR REGISTRATION: January - September: $68

NOTE: If you submitted your application during our busy season (May - August) it may take more than 8-weeks to review your application.

If you have questions email: vendors@sfmamarkets.com before applying to the market. Approval decisions, such as inquiries about the potential approval of a business without an application, are not communicated via email.

For consideration, kindly submit an application so our team can review your business. Note: If you are applying to more than one of our markets you only need to pay one application fee. Vendor’s willingness to participate in our seasonal markets is strongly encouraged and will be a key consideration during the jurying process.

Review the statuses below for clarity on your application's status. Your application status is valid for the current year. For consideration in the following year you must reapply.

  • Received: Confirmation that we have received your application with all the necessary information to begin jurying. It can take up to 8 weeks to review your application.

  • Pending: Your application is now under review. SFMA's Jurying Committee may be reaching out with additional questions.

  • Incomplete: Your application has not been processed. Check your managemymarket.com profile to be sure you have completed all fields, uploaded all licenses and documents under your license tab and paid your application fee (only 1 application fee is required if applying to multiple markets). Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

  • Approved: We're looking forward to hosting your business and will be reaching out soon.

  • Waitlisted: Currently, there's no available space or need for your product at our market(s). If market conditions change during the year in which you applied, we'll contact your business. Your waitlist status is applicable only for the current application year. To be considered for future years, a new application will be required.

  • Declined: This may be due to a conflict between the products you sell and those allowed at the market, a lack of space, or there may be a surplus of vendors selling the same or similar products as yours at the market. You will be contacted should conditions at the market change.

  • Withdrawn: Your application is no longer valid.
